logging in and getting started

  I’m confused… I know what’s new? haha . I’ve signed up w/ bluehost and WP… difficulty in setting up and using info input @ 1 session the next time I enter… which site to use for set up, which to access (and how) for use and increasing traffic… it is a personal blog site… themes, adding photos, visitor access/welcome, posting, etc. I know this seems simple but I’m clearly doing something wrong…I can’t even get back in… it doesn’t recognize my email address… whaaaaaa? HELP
