Logging Into Admin

  Hey there, I purchased a new domain and when I try to login as the admin to build my site it says that my email/username isn’t recognized and Im just not sure what to do.

  I do not see any upgrades under your @strasburgerkatya WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL you purchased so we can look it up that way? Thanks for the additional info!
