logging into website editing account

    We are clearly able to login to the original account on wordpress but this is not the account that is linked with our current website, tranquilitywellnessspa.com, we know that account is linked with our email, (email visible only to moderators and staff), because we are receiving the email that says ‘click on the link below to reset your password’ because we cant login to the reservations account, but the email does not have a link provided, it is simply blank where the link should be.
    Please if you can call us or respond with an answer, we would greatly appreciate it, we have had too many difficulties with just trying to login so that we can edit our website.
