Logging into WordPress

  I have a website created on Worpress that was done a few years ago but have never accessed the back office. I am now trying to log in and is unable to do so. Can anyone help me do so please?

  I discovered a username and password on the hosting site but when I tried using those to access the site I received the error message that the username is invalid.
