logging on to a web site as an administrator

  having an enormous amount of trouble logging on to website. Error 403 Backend server unreachable & error 405 access denied.

  It does sound like you might be using the other version of WordPress, which is the open source WordPress.org software. Help with that version of WordPress comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
