  Hi,
  I have a WordPress user and I can’t connect to it.
  It says that the email or username is incorrect,
  Although the email I entered received updates about my site from WordPress.

  I want to connect to the user and can not even reset the password …
  As a result, I can’t open a forum discussion to get help, so I turned here …

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never owned any sites with us.
