  This is my first attempt at designing with wordpress and I am trying to produce a streaming service in which users have to login.
  Can someone please point me to some tutorial which explains how do use wordpress as it seems completely alien to me just now

  In terms of live streaming, YouTube Live is a popular platform to stream on and here is instructions on how to set that up with your blog:
