  Hi,
  My name is [redacted] and I am writing to you as our former website admin did not provide us the credentials to our own website [redacted].
  In the best case scenario, you could transfer the WordPress credentials/access for our company website either to (email visible only to moderators and staff) or to (email visible only to moderators and staff) (CEO) so we can gain access to our domain content.

  Please get back to me as soon as possible as we urgently need to update the website. If a transfer is not possible, we will have to shutdown the website.
