I recently changed my login password and its not working. I have a feeling the developer, that i recently let go, may have changed it again. I’m also not getting reset emails.

Sorry to hear you lost access to your site. Do you happen to control the hosting account on which your website is hosted? From what I see here that is Securi Hosting. Is this an account you have direct access to?
Firstly I should clarify that we’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. Your developer chose to use a different version of the WordPress platform and we don’t have access to your server files.
However, the good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through an outside web hosting company, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. You can ask your web host for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article if you have access to that account; they would be in the best position to help.
