  Hello, I need to do some updates on my website, I keep requesting an email to reset my password because its not letting me log in, recognizes my email and says an email was send to reset password but I am not receiving any emails, already check the spam folder and everything, how can I log in to the backend of my site to to some edits to it? how do I reset my password if I am not receiving the emails?

  Hey there, you might check in with your host to see if the email is getting trapped on their server. That can sometimes happen if the email address has the same domain as the site, but is hosted on another server.

  And, they may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
