  Hello,

  When I login into the admin side to edit the site, there is a white screen.

  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Unknown
  Correct account: Unknown

  The site is hosted by GoDaddy.com and when I spoke to someone in tech support, they said everything looked good on their end?

  If this is the case, how do I figure out what the actual issue is in order to login to the admin side and edit the site?

  Hi there!

  I wasn’t able to load the login screen on my end either. Also, the link you shared includes HTTPS – which threw an error on my browser. Does your site have an SSL certificate installed? If it doesn’t, make sure to go to the HTTP version of the link, not HTTPS that you shared above.
