Login and URL problems

    Hi. I have 2 problems that I’d like help with please.

    1. So I’ve been needing to access support for a URL issue, however this has then lead me to login problems. So I have one page open on my iPad where I’m logged in. This is my dashboard and I’m not leaving it as I’m scared I wont be able to get back in. So as mentioned I’ve been needing to get support / help, with a URL problem. However, when I click on the support icon on the page that I’m logged in on, it takes me to a new login page, and then doesn’t accept my login details, my email, username or password. I already changed my password once to try and get me back in but it still won’t recognise me. So I managed to get on here thanks to a seperate Live chat support page which sent me an email link.

    2. The initial problem is a URL issue. I was following a wordpress video tutorial (Updated) to set up my new website. We had got up to the part where we could change our URL info. I had gone to settings, then Permalinks. Under ‘common settings’ it was recommended to tick ‘Post name’ which is what I did. My saw that my URL site address had a lot more that just my site name.. It included numbers and characters and other words.. Which is not what I wanted – I wanted just my name and what I do) I saw an option to change it in ‘Site address’ (URL)
    So I canged it to read http:// …. What I wanted….. I then went to look at my site and it came up with a “Forbidden” message. So… I’m halfway through setting up my website but I’ve messed something up in the permalinks / URL section.

    So please can you help me with a) my login issue and b) my URL issue.

    It was the site address that I changed that appeared to mess ever up.

    What is the URL of the site with the problem?
