login as an administrator

    I went to login as an administrator on a company account. I received from them the username and email. However, instead of logging into their account, I ended up creating a new WP account. What should I do? Would closing the account permanently and registering again be a solution?

    We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com (your host uses a different version of the WordPress platform) and don’t have access to your server files. From what I can see presenza.no is hosted with Domainnameshop Web Hosting which is a company we have no direct connection to.

    However, even though I am not able to help, perhaps I can point you in the right direction. :)

    Firstly, with the version of WordPress you are using, the login can usually be found by going here: https://www.presenza.no/wp-login.php

    Are you able to log in that way? If not try contacting your host (Domainnameshop Web Hosting) and see if they are able to help you gain access to the site.
