Login broken – need human agent assistance!

  Hello! Today is the first time ever we cannot sign into our account of rcc-amrusrights (which has several paid websites, incl. rcc-amrusrights.org and others). There are no issues with email and password, but wordpress.com login system seems to be broken: after trying to log in with the usual email and password, it keeps offering to send email with a link to access account, but once we click on the link, it loops back to the log in page. In the meantime, we keep receiving texts with codes to log in – but there is no space given to us on the website to enter the code! After hours with AI assistant who admitted it cannot help, live human agent is needed! Thank you in advance for prompt attention and response.

  That sounds incredibly stressful. Getting locked out of your account when you have multiple paid sites running is a terrible position to be in, especially when the 2FA box isn’t showing up to let you log back in.

  I’ve went ahead and tagged this thread with modlook so the Happiness Engineer support staff can see this quickly and can investigate what’s going on with the login page.

  While we wait for a Happiness Engineer to jump in, do you happen to have an open ticket number or reference number from your earlier chat? If you can paste it here, the team can grab it and pull up your account details right away to speed things up.
