Login Confusion for an existing purchased domain

  Login Confusion – I have a domain classoflondon.com with proof of payment through HSBC 4th March 2020 and the webpage appears using google, however I cannot find any info about it on the WordPress site, not under Domains or anywhere. I do have the reference on the bank statement (redacted) bu there seems to be no way to contact the company. The problem is that I want to transfer the domain name, so does anyone have an idea of how to do this? Many thanks, Peter Woolford

  Hi –

  I can see where the confusion is happening because the domain isn’t attached to the user account that you’re signed in with. Instead, try signing in with pmwoolford0118. That is the account that you need to use.
