login credentials not working

    Hello
    I used to manage the above site (which would redirect from http://www.spectralplatforms.com) via login credentials that no longer work. I was using those credentials this morning, and I tried to enable SSL access…and they stopped working

    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there!

    Just to clarify, are you trying to log in to the site http://www.spectralplatforms.com? This site is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

    I noticed a privacy warning (likely to do with a misconfigured SSL certificate) when trying to view the login page here: spectralplatforms.com/wp-login.php, but that’s where you’d need to go to log into the site directly. If you’re unable to fix the problems with SSL, please contact your hosting service provider. They can help you with SSL issues occurring on the site hosted by them.
