Login details to spirevisionstudio.com/wp-admin

    Hello,

    Im writing from a studio based here in Dublin. As the now studio Manager, I have had to use an old personal WP account to get in contact.

    Login details are require for spirevisionstudio.com/wp-admin to ammend and adjust the website details.

    Previous operator using this website has since left the company with incorrect login details left behind and there is no record of this.

    I had logged in once or twice before using the logins left behind but now I am getting several ‘too many request’ login errors.

    I have most user name / email and password options. Is there any way of resetting the logins by wordpress and sending me the details?

    Id be free to talk by phone?

    Is there any way of talking to a wordpress account dept apart from forums?

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, spirevisionstudio.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
