  I was involved in a chat three or four days ago on a login error that I need to have fixed. I had to cancel the chat. How do I get back to the chat?

  The account stephenwrankin20 you are posting from now is only two days old. It looks like you’ll need to log in to the correct stephenwrankin (??) account that must have an upgrade if it could access the livechat option previously.
