Login Error | related to updating PHP
-
I was prompted (email from wordfence) to update a plug in on my site. After attempting the update, I was not able to access my login panel.
When I enter my url (https://mycaar.com.au/dashboard-login/) the browser displays this notice: | ‘Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ‘>= 5.6.0’.
I’d love help to regain access and ensure my site is updated and secured.
I’ve attached the text from the email that outlines the details of my site and the update notice….. Many thanks.. (here’s the email)

Hi there,
The site mycaar.com.au appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Crucial Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://gwhois.org/mycaar.com.au+dns
To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and Crucial also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this we are not able to help with your issue as it lies outside of our system. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
You can find support for your self-hosted WordPress site here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
You may also wish to contact your host’s support team for more assistance.
Hope that points you in the right direction!
