login failed to my dashboard

  I tried to update my site httpgeneralhealthandstress.com I think to wordpress 3.3 since I did this I cannot login to my dashboard this message comes up as below

  Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 262144 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 77824 bytes) in /home/generalh/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 122
