  I am trying to login to by webpage transborderstudent.org but it’s telling me that my email is not associated with the account. I don’t underst and how this is possible if I got a confirmation email to that same account in December?

  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using /wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
