  I am having login problems with a site that I am helping a people to create.
  He has given me his login and pw but it still does not work.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email.

  Volunteers answer most questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention.

  I need to talk to support on phone.

  That’s not possible for two reasons. (1) There is no phone support. (2) You are not the blog owner and for all we know you could be a hacker. The blog’s owner needs to post here, not you.

  Hi there, as timethief mentioned, we don’t offer phone support but we are glad help you in the forums.

  I recommend that you have the site owner invite you to be a user on the site under your own account, so you can log in with your own username and password. You can learn more here about Inviting Users. Once that’s done, you’ll be able to receive direct support here in the forums.
