  Hello,

  I am having issues logging into my website to make changes. My login information is not working. When I click “lost you password,” I enter my username, and it says check your email for a confirmation link. I never receive the email. Please advise.

  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using /wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working and you aren’t getting the reset email, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:

  Then, if you need more help, head to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support , since these forums are for the free sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Here’s the difference between our services and your installation of WordPress with another host:
