login issues

  When I reset my password it says now that I don’t have a website with you and its asking if I want to create one, my website is still available online but I can’t get in the back door, any suggestions?

  I am having this same problem? outside of my login it appears my site is still there: schlayit.com -but- when I login to wordpress it is prompting me to start building a new site?!

  @schlayer — The site at schlayit.com is a self-hosted WordPress site, meaning it isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com and isn’t linked to your WordPress.com account. To manage that site, you’ll need to log in directly on the site here:

  http://www.schlayit.com/wp-login.php

  I have purchased bloggler and the installation and mojo marketplace keep telling me they cannot access it to set it up as my username and password isn’t correct and then when I try to go log back in WP does not recognise my username…..very frustrating! I have to keep getting the password reset. Any suggestions.

  @kaddyphotos — There aren’t any sites linked to your WordPress.com username. If you’re setting up a self-hosted WordPress site with a different website host (not hosted here at WordPress.com) you’ll need to log in using the credentials you set up for that site. That’s separate from any login details you use to log in here at WordPress.com.
