  I am not able to log into my website, it was uploaded and we tried to change the URL, but something weird is occurring. I keep requesting a password reset, but it saying the email is not found. I don’t know what else to do at this point.

  The url is http://onworldtravel.webcraftive.com/wp-admin/profile.php.

  The url we tried to change it to is http://oneworldtravelageny/wp-admin/profile.php…

  I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, http://onworldtravel.webcraftive.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
