login issues

  I am unable to login as a admin. It states there is a critical error and it says my user name does not exist.

  WP.com: Unknown
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Sorry to hear that! The site isn’t hosted with us, so we aren’t able to fix it from our end. But here are a few ideas:

  – Check to see if you have an admin email with clues

  – Ask your host to check error logs

  – If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):

  – Ask your host to help you restore a good backup
