Login not active

    Hi. I uploaded the ‘easy digital downloads’ plugin and it crashed my login. My website is live, littlegiantlife.com but now can’t sign in. Can someone help?! Thanks

    littlegiantlife.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by GoDaddy (rather than WordPress.com). There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    We are only able to help with WordPress.com sites hosted on our own servers. However, support for WordPress.org sites is available on these forums:

    https://wordpress.org/support/

    If you are unable to login to the site at all, I recommend contacting GoDaddy help, they should be able to point you in the right direction.
