Login not working

Hi, Please can you help me? Im trying to login to my website and the login pasword has stopped working. the information I use to log in is as below.
Login URL: http://brownshoneybees.co.uk/wp-admin
Username: browns.honeybees.admin
Password: [redacted]I went to the forgot password to reset it but it wont give me the option to get that fare. Please could I ask you to sent me a link to my e-mail at (email visible only to moderators and staff). I do hope you can help as we are geting ready to start a big promotion.
