Login Page Issue

  Hello,

  Firstly I have a login menu that I didn’t manually add, and isn’t showing up on my menus so as to edit.

  Secondly, the login menu leads to http://mysite.co/login/?redirect_to=index.php
  And when I enter my username and password, it reloads and the url changes to http://www.mysite.co/login and prompts me to enter my username and password again.

  Please how do I prevent this from happening
