Login Problem

I am trying to log into my WP-Admin account however I keep getting the error that I have entered an incorrect password. I have clicked ‘lost password’ and put in my username ‘BLI’ however have not received an email to my address: (email visible only to moderators and staff). I am also confused because on WordPress my username shows as: @sabsfitness…..any help would be greatly appreciated and many thanks in advance!

Which site are you trying to access?
The email is getting sent to the email address associated with that account at https://wordpress.com/me/account/
We can’t send it to any other address.
You’re signed in to the sabsfitness user account, which is why you’re seeing that.

I am trying to access the wp-admin site for: http://www.sabsfitness.com and the email address on the link is the right email address but I’m not getting an email. I am so baffled. Apparently I need to ask my host which apparently is showing as GoDaddy but it’s not I’ve spoken to my host but I don’t know why I can’t just login :/

@sabsfitness this is a self-hosted copy of WordPress through GoDaddy. It’s quite different from a site that is on our servers.
And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.
First contact GoDaddy to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
