login problem

  I have another site with a login problem.
  Lost all the info on it, however my phone number is on the site so that should be enough for proof of ownership.
  I also have an email address which matches up with the site.

  How can I get help?

  Hi there,

  No information appearing on a site can be accepted as verification of ownership – anyone who knows your phone number can put it on their own websites. Nor is an email address matching the site proof of anything, as it’s easy for anyone to go to any free webmail service and create a matching email. The only email we accept as verification of ownership is the email address used to create the account.

  The only way we can give you access to the account that owns that site, is if you can verify your ownership using one of the methods required by our account recovery form. If you cannot provide any of those pieces of information, we cannot give you access to the site.
