Login problems
-
I can’t log in to my WordPress website. I was working on the website a few months ago, but now it doesn’t recognize my password. I recently changed my password at wordpress.com (because of the Heartbleed issue…) But NONE of my passwords work when trying to log into the website. Not the new one, the “remembered” one, or any password I’ve ever used. When I click on “forgot password”, it automatically takes me to my website that says “under construction.” There’s absolutely nothing else to do on that page.
I am able to log in to the basic wordpress site. When trying to click through to the dashboard, to work on the website, I’m stopped at the password spot.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

Thank you so much, but I realize that I didn’t explain my problem clearly. :(
My website name is “lorramaetea.com” . It’s a website built through wordpress…..but for some reason, I can’t get to the area for managing THAT website. I see it on my wordpress.com site, but when I click on it, my password doesn’t work to get into that dashboard. -
That’s because it’s got a different password, because it is not hosted on WordPress.com. It is a WordPress.ORG site and you need to be at their forums for help with that version of the software. YOur web host, if you remember who they are, should be able to assist you.
