login problems

    hi
    i helped a pastor do his website on wordpress – heavenonearth.co.za was working fine now trying to go to site or logging in to blog – comeback with a restricted message
    please help.
    we have tried getting the password reset and it doesn’t help.

    i have a website http://www.luxeds.com and it works great!
