Login Problems
-
I can’t get logged in to my account. It says there is no record of my username or email. However I can’t add an account, because my email is already on file with an account…

Hi there,
What account are you trying to access? Please give both the username and email so we can check them. Emails are automatically hidden, as long as you post it on its own line.
Also please give the address of the site you’re trying to work on.

My website I’m trying to figure out how to build is http://www.fowlplaylabradors.com

Okay. You are already logged in as the WordPress.com username dukhunter22 – if you weren’t you wouldn’t be able to post here in the forums.
But your website is not on WordPress.com, and to log into it directly you don’t use your WordPress.com account – when you created that site at Bluehost it also created a username and email specific to that site, and that’s what you need to enter to access WP-Admin on that site.
You should have received those via email when you created the site, but you can also find instructions how to reset it here:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
One thing you can try is to go to My Site ->Settings ->Security and look for the Log in with WordPress.com option and enable that. With that enabled you’ll be able to access the admin area for your site with your WordPress.com account, via the Jetpack plugin you have installed on the site.
But it would still be good to reset the site’s own admin password and make sure you know what those credentials are, just in case Jetpack ever gets disconnected and you need to access the site without it.
