Login problems

Hello, I am new in my role in this company; I am trying to login to our account, and getting some confusing results.
Our website is seedcards.com, and I am able to access our backend to edit the page. In the account info it has this email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff). However, when I try to login to the WordPress home page, the password I have been provided doesn’t work; what’s more, when I try to reset the password, it tells me that this email address is not recognized.
Can you help me to access our account please?

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
With that said, they have some options for you at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

Hi there.
I can visit my page and see all the headers for wordpress at the top, however, when I try to access my admin pages (dashboard etc), I get the following message:
This page isn’t working www.(—).com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500Can you please help me?
