Login to my WP wesbite is not loading nor is my website

Hello,
I’m running the latest version of WP accessing via firefox, chrome and safari on a Mac OS el captain. When logging into my word press account it advised a jetpack needs updating, however I am unable to log into my website as the site is not loading, nor is my website address loading. My website is: http://www.candidarelease.com

Hi @candidarelease, if your site isn’t loading at all, can you get in touch with your host? It looks like you’re at GoDaddy.
Once everything is up and running and Jetpack is up to date, you can manage the site through our interface if you’d like, however you would still want to contact GoDaddy for any hosting issues.

Thanks for the extra info. I contacted my domain hosting company Act Now Domains and they advised it was due to an attack on the server in Singapore that hosts my site and their server was blocking it and it will be cleared in time and visible again. They (USA) said they could access the website however my issue they said is that it’s timing out because its slow to download due to the block. I find it a bit odd as people in Australia are also not able to download the site. I’m not really satisfied with the answer I received so perhaps if you could forward some information about setting up on your servers that would be great.

You bet. We have a how-to here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/coming-from-self-hosted/Basically you’ll want to export your content, import it here, set up the theme as you’d like, then point the domain to our servers. We’re here to help with any part of that process if you need it. And once your site is here, our systems team takes really good care of the servers here so that your site will perform well.
Just note we are not able to import themes or plugins. I noticed you are using the Forever theme, and we no longer offer that on our servers. However you might like its mobile-friendly replacement, Toujours:
