  We can not seem to log into our website. We were in the middle of transferring the site. We have 2 accounts open. Please assist us as we are not aware of why we can not log in.

  Bonjour

  Après une mauvaise manipulation, j’ai supprimé mes identifiants et mes mots de passe pour me connecter à wp-admin

  Merci de me donner la procédure à suivre sachant qu’aucun identifiant ni adresse mail semble fonctionner

  Je precise en parallel que mon compte google a été piraté récemment et que je suis en pleine procédure de récupération d’un backup chez Amen, mon hebergeur linux.

  Comme mon site ne parvient plus à trouver la base de données, je me demande si ce n’est pas pour cela que ma connection à WP-ne reconnait aucun identifiant ?

  Hi,
  my url is http://www.guidepicurieuse.fr

  My domain name, my lux website hosted and my email are provided by Amen.

  After trashing to many things yesterday (including my login name and password) I cannot manage to open my admin account on WP-ADMIN

  Everything started because my google account was “pirated”

  I am trying to fix a backup with AMEN but I was wondering if the fact that my website cannot find the database files blocks my access to WP Admin ?

  Thanks. The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
