Login Trouble (I have the correct username, password, and email)

I have the correct username, login, and email address.
When I log in, it says, “Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password.” However, I no longer have access to this email account.
I do not have the information required for the site authentication (any of the three options). Therefore, it won’t let me submit the form for a request.
If I cannot access the account, then I urgently need to have the site removed or set to private. However, I cannot do this without the above information.
I have gone through all of the problem-solving threads with the AI chatbox.
