Logo in menu bar

  I have been making some tweaks on my site at http://www.doctordelicate.com and I inadvertently deleted my logo from the menu bar. I thought adjusting the header would do the trick. Now I have a large header with text I can’t erase and no logo. Anyone have advice? I’m using the Ocean Theme.
