Logo moved from Logo location

  Good day, I wanted to replace my website logo and when I deleted the previous logo, the new logo moved itself to the center of my webpage. I deleted all the logos and after I pressed the ‘published’ button, I’ve got a text instead also in the middle of the page and can’t find where it is to delete it. Can anyone assist please?
