Logo Overlaying Website on Phone and Tablet View

  I am reaching out because while my site looks great for viewing on a computer when you go to the site on a phone or tablet the the logo overlays the entire website making it hard for people to navigate. The logo is supposed to be tied to the top of the page. I can provide screenshots of the website showing the way it is supposed to look and how it looks on the phone. Do you have any idea how we can rectify this? Thank you for your time and help.
