Logo Placement on Phone vs. Computer

On http://www.pleasurewayband.com our logo ‘The Hard Side of Love’ is in an appropriate placement on the computer screen, but when the website is uploaded on a phone, the logo is right across our faces in our header picture. I would love to move the logo UP into the gray space of the header image on mobile devices. Help!
