Looking for a certain plugin

  Let say i want to create a systems which will provide Kindergartens (not necessarily under the same owner) a system which every child’s parents can login in to his kid relevant kindergarten and get info of his kid and also see stuff that the kindergarten owner publish.
  The Kindergarten owner is the one that will pay monthly for the system and the parents get free access to the relevant part of the system.

  I’m not using wordpress.com platform. I have my own hosting.
  If i knew which plugin to look for or at least what search words to write in the search, i wouldn’t needed to ask about it here.
