  Looking for theme like a craiglist or amazon…
  -People can add products
  -People can sign up
  -people can do online payment

  Can you suggest some user friendly themes for me?

  Those functions are not part of a theme buth rather of a plugin e.g. WooCommerce. To use plugins you must upgrade to at least the Business Plan. If you need extended eCommerce features, you need to upgrade to the eCommer Plan, https://en.support.wordpress.com/plan-features/
