  does anybody know the theme used on these websites?

  Those themes cannot be used on http://alexbentley93.wordpress.com/
  The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs for security reasons and we cannot:

  upload any third party themes,
  create child themes,
  create our own themes,
  edit templates,
  create own own layouts,
  or use stylesheets from other themes.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes that. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can create themes, upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, and edit the database, etc. Learn about the differences here. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  I actually want to know what themes those websites use as I am going to be building a website, the themes are not for a blog.

  Regardless of which themes they are, you cannot use them on any WordPress.com blog like http://alexbentley93.wordpress.com/

  There is no information here on those themes at all here at WordPress.COM where we provide support only for WordPress.COM blogs that can only run these themes http://wordpress.com/themes/

  You could try contacting the owners of the sites and asking them.

  I know that they cannot be used for a wordpress blog…

  I am building a WEBSITE and would like to use the theme featured in the above websites.

  I have tried contacting the companies with no luck…

  Am I able to contact wordpress or a specific theme department of wordpress to try and resolve this?

  Those themes are not WordPress themes. They are custom themes.
