  Where do I find video gallery plugins for WordPress.com websites? I am confused as to what is compatible, .com or .org?
  What is self hosted vs…uh, not self hosted? Why is this so difficult? Why does it matter?

  You can not add plugins to a WordPress.com site. You can add them to a self-hosted WordPress.org site.
