Looking to remove access to our blog –help! :)

  Hi–

  I’m trying to remove an individual who has access to my firm’s WordPress blog. When I try to remove her I get the following message:

  You have specified these users for removal:
  • ID #13928914: nanettebyrnes You don’t have permission to remove this user.
  There are no valid users selected for removal.

  She no longer works for my company and she is still getting emails regarding our blog. How do I remove her?

  Only the Admin of the blog, who registered the blog and who owns the blog can do that.

  On the other hand, the person who is receving the emails can choose to stop receiving them. Are you in contact? If so she can log-in, go here http://wordpress.com/#!/read/edit/ and change the setting under “Get new posts
  by email” to never.
