Looking to remove "linked blogs" (self-hosted) which are no longer used

  I have 2 formerly self-hosted blogs showing in my dashboard as hidden.
  Being that I no longer use that domain or either URLs for blogs (I plan to use only my blogs on wordpress.com) how can I remove these from showing in my blog dashboard?
  I understand having them hidden, they will not show, but I would much rather not have them showing in my admin screens as well.

  the 2 linked blogs on my dashboard have the following URLs
  http://techtastic.net/blog
  http://techtastic.net/wordpress

  thank you most kindly for your prompt response!

  i presume an admin runs a script and removes them from my blogs database section, then they are no longer linked to my wp blog?
