  my site looks different, its just words. I used to have a nice video landing page with testimonials and everything please help asap!

  Hey there, it looks like you might have set up your site with outside themes and plugins, then allowed your plan to expire. That would remove those features.

  Can you re-purchase the plan here?

  If you are downgrading intentionally, you may need to redo anything that was made with 3rd party themes and plugins.
