Losing changes after closing YellowPencil editor

  Whenever I use YellowPencil, everything works fine as far as customization goes, but then after I save it and close the editor to look at my updated site, the changes (and the content) are gone. For instance, I changed the padding on a homepage video, but when I go to close YellowPencil and look at site, the homepage is now blank– no video at all. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

  Thanks much for the link. It looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

  For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help from the plugin author directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  I see there is a support forum for the Lite version at WordPress.org.
